Following an initial consultaion via phone or messenger video to find out goals, habits, mindset issues.
We will plan out our road map for the next 6weeks this will include areas such as work, health, relationships, mindset, fitness. We set milestone goals and look at diversions to ensure we carry on to the end when we hit the bumps.
With weekly checkin on a Sunday evening, to review the week gone and set up for the week to come there is no way you will fall of the path of becoming a better you.
I will also daily, weekly challenges for you to complete to help you grow your skillset in certain areas.
You will be billed in GBP (£75.00)
at the current exchange rate.
